exactly
my mistake was telling them they fucked up and had the wrong guy while they had me in lockup so they systematically set about officially making me the bad guy.
i should have said nothing and copped the 2 false charges
i blame myself for what happened to me because i had a drink in a bar by myself but that doesnt mean i will forget what they did and are doing to me and my family and if i come out worse then society can go fuck it self

So why did the police come? You and some friends were chillin in a room drinking, or was it a house party that was loud enough for a neighbor to call the police about it?

I'm trying to figure out what that means. The cops pulled you outside and then they went inside? I would have just left while they were in the house.

Turns out a kid was making a phone call outside the vicinity and an officer drove by and he said he was hangin out there so they thought they'd come bother us.
We were actually about to come out so we were right inside the house near the door but then the officer opened the door and pulled me out. i dont know if they pulled the others or not.

Yea they can't do that. Do you have some witnesses that saw the cops open your door and pull you out?
Have you filed a complaint yet?

I'm not sure of state laws, but that doesn't sound right. Unfortunately probably nothing will come of this. But you should file a complaint.

Turns out the D-bag is a seargent so i have to wait till early monday morning to talk to the chief.
*edit* yeah i could get a witness but it wasnt my house. it was my friends. although i believe the law says that they need permission from someone on the lease. my friend didnt say they could enter either.

yeah this all happened at my place, i was charged with underage consumption also. it totally blows, but i did say no when the cops asked to enter my house and they did enter my house but only into one room. luckily i had everyone hiding by that point.
all and all i have to say it was dumb to have a party but on the other hand the party wasint loud at all so they really had no reason to come and end our fun, but i guess that why cops are here, Too end our fun.

Next time you have a party, make sure the door stays locked until the last guest leaves.
I am sorry it had to come to that but you appear to live in a high crime neighborhood.

I live in ohio, so let me clear this up for you young padawan. NO ONE IN THE STATE OF OHIO MAY REFUSE A BREATH TEST, NO ONE BOY. This law was just recently implemented, but even before that occurred, OF COURSE AN 18 YEAR OLD CANT REFUSE A BREATH TEST DUMMY YOU'RE ILLEGAL

you might be right about the ohio thing i dont know. but an 18 year old can deny a breath test usually. its our fifth amendment right. If your driving of course thats different as you agree to all that shit by having a license.

Even if you don't have the right legally, if you do physically refuse then they have to take you down to the station and test your blood, which if you have only had a bit might give you time to get under the limit.
On second thought that sounds pretty dumb though. Idk...

They can't do anything like that if you keep the door locked and the blinds closed.

Well, got myself a public defender and had pretrial. Dont got court for another month... My defender seems more preoccupied with how they entered the house then anything else however...
He did say its perfectly legal to refuse a breath test. I guess the cops said one of my buddies ratt'd me out but he says he didnt and hes willing to testify in court for me. Also.
My defender tried to get the police report or whatever its called of what happened that night... It seems that they do not have one? Jeez. I'll update this again once I have court.

So, had trial and everything. Breath tests here in ohio are actually inadmissable, the prosecutor couldnt even bring it up in court, nor could he bring up my friend supposedly narking on me because its heresay. Anyways, I was found innocent. maaaaan, ftp.
