LOL...well I don't base my observation on one subject like the 2nd amendment. Nor are all liberals against the 2nd amendment...I know I'm not. The MSM is corporate. The R's are the more corporate friendly of the two parties. They would prefer to see the R's run things because that usually 'better for business'. And the a lot of how news is covered in the MSM is usually controlled by people above the 'News Division' on the corporate ladder. You think GE would let NBC news run anything that would hurt their profits? It is all about $$$ and cents...business.

BOTH parties are corporate friendly, and to think otherwise is to make yourself their fool.
Do you think corporations hire lobbyists to walk around handing out money (OH SORRY -- free trips and dinners and entertainment, THAT'S NOT MONEY THOUGH LOL!) and when they go up to Republicans the guy can't get enough, but the Democrats turn them away?
Are you seriously claiming that you believe a Democrat is made of some kind of stronger moral fiber than a Republican when it comes to corporate bribery?

MSM has a big-money corporate leaning, the overwhelming majority of news journalists are left-leaning (if not outright left-laying, after leaning so far they fell flat on their face), and tell me you don't believe that, knowing full well they have a left-leaning slant to the news and that the majority of their customers either don't care or agree with that viewpoint that they would continue on their merry, successful way.
In other words, the MSM leaning left has worked for CNN and MSNBC and CSPAN and what the fuck ever else -- why would they change? You don't shoot the horse that wins the race.

I never said both parties weren't corporate friendly. All I said was that the R's were a bit friendlier.

I am not saying D's aren't/can't be bribed. Yep, they have some members who have been just as corrupt as the R's. Just it seems more R's are getting caught...especially lately. There is a republican DoJ in place so one would think less R's would get caught. But for some reason (Hmmmm...I wonder why?) more R's have got into trouble recently for corruption. But even just in the case of supporting legislation that is pro-corporate the R's seem to support it more often...they are more pro-business. Again that is not to say that a good many D's aren't.
Again I disagree on the MSM being 'liberal'. I look around the channels and see people like Lou Dobbs, Joe Scarborough (who I kinda like but who is conservative), Pat Buchanan is all over MSNBC, and I could go on and on. The rest of the MSM isn't as conservative as Faux News but they sure as hell ain't liberal either.
And BTW C-Span is strictly non-partisan. An information only channel with no real analysis. Live coverage of House and Senate debates, committee hearings and confirmation hearings, etc.
