Have a few growing in pots this year, done virtually nothing with them and they look great (I'll post pics another day). Anyways I was wondering if anyone has some tips or tricks that help this plant grow to its full potential?

I hope you can get yours to flower. Mine didn't. Man those things were 10+ feet. I still haven't figured out if it was the street light or what. GL!

Has anyone here actually gotten 'high' off leonotis sp.? I smoked a solid j of my home grown L. nepetifolia, made a tea and i didnt feel nothing... 
My neps are close to flowering i think, they are a freekin cool plant - i will make a thread soon so everyone can see what neps look like in full glory. I noticed there isnt many decent pics of this plant on the net.

yea i have, id say smoking the flowers is much like weed but on a much smaller scale. You gotta smoke 3-4 bowls to really feel it in my opinion

I think there is something to be said about freshness. I grew tons last year. I tried smoking some a week ago, and it is not near as potent as it was then.

what if it was sealed in a air tight jar, could that help it maintain the potency for a longer time?
