10 days and no pins on coir bulk (pics)

Ok, here's the scoup......
Been doing various projects with spawning to bulk, casing straight BRF cakes, spawning BRF cakes to coir bulk, and spawning WBS to coir bulk, all of which are separate.
On 6/22, 3 1/2 pint Golden Teacher cakes that were crumbled, allowed to recolonize for 24 hours, then cased in 50/50+ were put into the martha. The martha has slits for FAE with a Cool Mist on the bottom shelf running 24/7, which maintains the martha at a humidity of ~ 92-97%, with a 6500K CFL daylight bulb on 12/12 cycle. The martha is also fanned with a rubbermaid top by hand 3-4 times daily just to assure proper FAE.
At the same time the BRF casing was put into the martha a 90-95% colonized bulk substrate consisting of 65% coir, 15% worm castings, 10% gypsum, and 10% verm was cased with the same 50/50+ batch and thrown into the martha with the straight BRF casing. The strain for the bulk tub were Texans, Golden Teachers for the BRF casing.
The straight Golden Teacher BRF casing started showing pins for the first flush on 6/27, a mere 5 days after inducing fruits in the martha. The Texas bulk tub, however, going on day 11 in the martha, is still NOT showing pins. The surface looks 'puffy', but no pins have emerged.
I guess I am simply curious if this is normal with Texans? The fruiting conditions are exactly the same and the GT casing (not bulk) has already thrown it's first flush out, which resulted in 20g dry. Did casing the bulk sub before 100% colonization slow down the pinning?
I'm stuck, what do you old hands think?
Here are a few pictures:
Side by side, bulk on left, BRF GT casing on right
1st GT flush (3 1/2 pint BRF cakes cased in 50/50+)
Bulk casing as of today, 7/3

That casing looks over saturated.

I thought about that and have stopped misting until the surface gets more spongey to the touch.
Anyone else have any input?

I agree with the over-saturation. Don't mist until it dries out a lot. The casing should be dark but still fluffy. Once it dries out, there's a good chance you'll start seeing pins. One of the big pinning triggers is evaporation from the casing.
The casing layer also looks a little "beaten down." If you're misting it directly, try misting at an indirect angle so that the mist settles down onto the casing instead of squishing it down and collapsing all of those great air spaces.
I love that coloration on the GTs. Nice grow!

I had a casing that sat in the fruting chamber with cakes that were put in there 2-3 ahead of the casing. After 2 weeks of the cakes putting out pins the casing finally started and had an aweseome pinset. If as far as you can see everything is in the right zone, don't change anything just wait and good things will happen.
