No Gypsum for Grain, Recomendation?

Well I thought I had everything together but Im missing gyspum. I know I can use drywall but right now I cant get any right now. Its just bad timing and I need to start now . However is it more crucial I postpone until I get gypsum before I pressure cook?

Gypsum is just an additive, the mycellium should do fine in grain without it.
