Well guys, I just found out Salvia is legal in England, and according to this, I wonder where you can actually buy it? Are there any smart shops?

There's thousands of smart shops and at least a few dozen websites you can get it from.

Well I don't need a website cause it's illegal here, but I may go spend some time in England and find a smart shop... I just didn't know there were those in England too. ThANKS

Go to London, go on the Underground (subway) system, get off at a stop called Camden, turn right out of the station and walk down the street. You'll see more than 50 head shops within 10 minutes.
