 Degrading Lucy?

last night i got 5 hits of some jerry garcia blotter for that wonderful day called 4th of July. The problem is i kinda didnt think about it and just left the hits chillin on my kitchen table all night untill about noon today. Do you think in that time the blotter has had a chance to degrade due to sunlight? Also who else is planning to drop out on the 4th?

Yeah, given its sensitivity to UV, I'm sure you lost a little, but probably not very much. (I recommend keeping it tucked in the pages of a book!)

Its hard to say. The only way you'll know is by eating them. LSD is a very reactive chemical, but depending on how much air/sunlight got to it depends on if anything will affect potency. I would say you'll be fine. I left them on my dash once in a little plastic bag for over 36 hours...So heat,light, and air all came into effect. I would say it didn't lose any potency, and I can say that because I dosed it one night, left it on my dash, and then dosed it a couple of weeks later. I would say no, and not to go into your trip thinking it has; because if you do...It could mess with your trip. Just enjoy it. It won't have messed with it enough to worry about IMO.

People are overly paranoid about hits losing potency. Think about blotter from festivals that dirty, sweaty hippies keep in their pockets for like 4 days out in the heat. You will still trip balls off that stuff. Likewise, exposing it to light (not even direct sunlight in this case) for a day or two isn't going to effect it in any noticeable way. Most of the lucy is embedded in the fibers of the blotter paper so it's somewhat protected from the elements.

Be wary of speculating on things you don't understand.
The critical word is "in their pockets". Heat will decompose LSD over the course of several years... probably not much over the course of four days.
UV light, on the other hand (such as it would recieve in direct sunlight), happens to come in at an energy that's pretty effective at decomposing LSD. Heat in itself isn't a problem, except over longer periods of time. UV light is a problem.
Plus, your other assumption is that the hits don't lose potency in the hippy's pockets... proof? Did you have some of the hits before they spent several days out in the heat? Did you take a long enough break in between dosing the pre- and post- environmental trauma hits to effectively distinguish relative potency levels? Cuz it sounds like yer just kinda talking out yer ass.

I doubt it will be enough.
And I can't find ANY fucking LSD, so I will be doing a cold water extraction with 10 HBW's. Should be a fun ride for the 4th (for me anyway)

i doin some shrooms for sure tommorrow, and i am suppossed to hook up with my boy at the beach, but hes a sketchy character never know what hes gonna do. but hopefully ill have the best 4th ever
