i have found a very nice gentleman local who sells the most vast array of cactus i have EVER seen..in particular a wide variety of lophs.....
he are my new pics...i have also obtained loads of cuttings....it would be nice to identify them all ....an interesting one to look for is the pinky red one...it has some variation but il be grafting it when i can.....
hope you all enjoy my newest editions...im pleased with them... 
(what lophs am i missing)
dont forget to help me in identifying the other cuttings...please..cheesie

i am just in awe...this guy had thousands and thousands of cactus...and a god dam half a massive greenhouse of lophs...
he has become my new best friend...lol

Damn you are a lucky dude, you must live in a country where those cacti are legal. Welcome to the world of cactus collecting... soon you will be into Ariocarpus, Turbinicarpus, Astrophytums and shit just to complement your collection.
Look for some of the less common varieties of Lophophora williamsi like Mex54 or Zapatos. Just the names sound cool sometimes.

I love how there are so many differnt varieties and Locale variations and each different variation seems to have it's own unique characteristics. I've managed to get LoWill v. Pentagona (5 ribbed beuty), Lowill v Texensis (Big bend, TX), LoWill v Caesipitosa (Clumping variation and non clumping), and Lophophora Decepiens.
If you started with just straight Williamsii you'll quickly want to start collecting from each variation and Locale. It's a fun hobby but it can get pretty expensive. If you don't mind me asking how much did you throw down for that big cacti bundle? They look great but allot of them look like they were recently de-grafted and re-rooted.

also my williams decipiens is now starting to flower!!!
pics when it does...but...
HOW CAN I NOW POLLENATE THIS?
i dont think it is self pollinating....grrrrrrr

Yeh? two of my L W. Caesipitosa's have been flowering. one has just fully bloomed. I'd love to see some pics of your Decepiens when it blooms.

Just carefully put it in the flowers of the plants you want to cross. Make a pollen trade.

better go buy another one with a flower then
nice score though cheesie 
and dont just use any paintbrush. use a small watercolors paintbrush that the tip will fit inside the flower

god job that some fo the little beauties already had seeds from them so i have decipien seeds and williamsii ones spare...phew..i had a fiddle and there were seed pods on them....how mads that....i got all them cactus and seeds and cuttings...
problem is i now want more!!!

Buy a flowering Mammilaria bocasana, you can use it to pollinate your Lopho with success.
Or maybe just go for another Lopho what the hell.
