Ok, so While I have been waiting to test out my shrooms (some rather unfortunate events involving lawyers and other stressful things have delayed this by many days) I have been snooping my nose around more common and legal methods of having more exciting experiences. It was this snooping that lead me to Passion Flower.
Now I've consumed Passion Flower tea before and it tended to give me some rather interesting (usually sexual) dreams. Well, my first objective was to smoke it and although I couldn't find it I could find the Capsules. Well, Capsules aren't very fun by themselves, so I cracked the little bastards open (750mg) and used some tea filter bags to make a tea with its contents.
I let it steep for close to ten minutes then removed the bag.
Within about fifteen minutes of finishing the bag my body became UBER relaxed. I had no desire to move the least bit but when I did I found it absolutely euphoric when I ceased moving. With that in mind, I read some more of my book and then went to sleep.
Holy Hell, let the vivid dreaming begin! It only became lucid until about half way through, I Was enjoying where the dream was going on its own and I didn't take over until I kinda "woke up" so to speak.
It's no replacement for a lot of things, but for a good nights rest and a calm and peaceful feeling, I highly recommend it. Now, I'm small, just 20 years old and weigh about 125 dripping wet and with rocks in my pockets so you might need more than 750mg.
Tonight I plan on throwin a little Kava Kava into the mix.
And on a side note, the passion tea I drank before often caused me to "see" unexpected closed eyed visuals whenever I consumed it before meditation. I say unusual because I rarely have images of Indians (Aztec, Mayan, etc) appearing out of the void of nothingness and staring at me o.o

Interesting, sounds like a follow up is in order!.
The cevs you speak of are not suprising, passionflower is actually a hallucinogen.
Although you need to concentrate it to extremes and consume large doses to see any effects

Really now?? How extreme is extreme and any idea of how much is safe to consume? I read that it was a MAOI...and I'm still trying to figure out the MAOI deal, IE what not to eat /drink and how long to wait before eating etc etc...

Ok, so tonight I shall follow up with lasts nights passion expereince by
1)Drinking 750mg of Passion Flower
2)Smoke a bowl of Chamomile
3)Throw back some Kava
4)Hopefully get my lucid dream on
I just finished drinking my 750mg Passion flower tea, and I am about to smoke a bowl of Chamomile, which i plan to promptly ingest a few drops of kava after inhaling.
My body is already getting into that no motion state so I am gonna set the laptop aside and see what happens.

i pick it and make tea all the time. goes good with opiates and benzo's and pot. tends to add just a bit of a kick. plus the dreams are awesome and it does relax the shit outa ya. fresh is the best way to go though

yes you can and ITS VERY relaxing, by the way, I'm about to take another 750mg cup of tea and smoke another chamomile bowl before passin out

Do you know if it's relatively safe to use commercial grade store-bought chamomile tea for smoking?

my friends rip open tea bags of chamomile all the time and smoke it...ive never done it personally but they're the ones that got to smoke the loose leaf stuff i got from Sprouts

The dreaming experience was wild, very intense, though the subject matter was a little odd I still enjoyed it quite a lot. Smoking Chamomile, a little Kava, and some Passion Flower are the ingredients to a good and exciting nights sleep! If anyone else tries this, or has some other recipes for vivid and lucid dreaming let me know!

Minus smoking camomile, it is a good mix. I have had my best luck with those ingrediants.
Try adding melatonin and mugwort.

A nicotine patch seems to be one of the strongest methods I've tried for dreams.

Yes, Thats why those xtc cigs were banned here in aus. even though you would have to smoke like 60 pacs to get anywhere near a trip.
The best way to explore would be to do a basic extraction.
Although this would no doubt potentiate the maoi properties.
I would say you should abstain from maoi danger foods for 24 hours before and after just to be on the safe side.
Cool dreaming exp.
I would recomend large doses of kava followed by calea zacatecachichi smoked and chewed for intense lucid dreaming.

only people who ever take enough to witness hallucinations are shamans and at that high of a dose it usually involves nausea and spasms, not worth it if you ask me
