So i was talking to a friend of mine the other day and we got on to the topic of how expensive/crap Sydney is these days.
I mentioned that melbourne would be a better place to live. so long story short going on a road trip this weekend to check it out some.
Anyone recommend a cheapish suburb close to cbd?
Also where are some good nightspots?

Yeah Sydneys expensive and overrated these days
Never been out threre yet, only passed it by
I doubt melbourns any better tho.
For quality nightlife you should head to Brisbane dude

I enjoyed St Kilda when I went down there...
I agree, it is hard to find the good bits of Sydney sometimes. But the Summer's pretty nice.

Things are further apart up here correct,
Where we live our closest neighbor is 500 metres away and we're only 20 minutes from the city.
It's good, not too crowded yet. But i can see it going the way of Sydney very quickly.
When will people stop fucking breeding? lol but thats another thread.
