Can you call the police/animal control/local shelters to help you find him?!!
When my dog went exploring without my permission, I freaked out; was on the phone with every local authority I could find within minutes and they found him within 10.
It was really stupid...my roommmate actually left the door open while we were gone and when I came back = no dog!
I really freaked out. I was totally psychotic in my efforts of looking for him in between cursing, sobbing and throwing stuff across the room. I ran around the neighborhood screaming his name before I realized that I would have better luck calling the authorities.
I'm sorry to hear that. My dog got hit by a car because I was all fukt up and feeling good and I wanted her to feel good too. I took her to a park late at night and let her off her chain knowing she liked to play cat n mouse. Never again will I have that lapse in judgement. I hope you find it.
