Can't Access my old account

Is there any way I can get someone how to tell me to reset my password? I've tried enter the temporary password for my account for it but it still wont work.

You can request a new password at the bottom of the login screen

(first http://www.shroomery.org/forums/logout.php then http://www.shroomery.org/forums/login.php )
