4th day no sleep
now i feeel sick......
just can't seem to sleeep.....
so much for "trust the body,it'll sleep when it needs t0"
big day tomorrow...imp appointments that i can't afford to miss.
i missed the same appointments last month when i collapsed (prob from sleep dep).luckily they rescheduled but they warned me they won't reschedule again....
man i'm anxious....
