 Debt Collection Agency withdrawing $ from my bank account WITHOUT authorization

This is obvious fraudulent and highly illegal activity; what else can I do about it, besides notify my bank?
Will these people go to jail? Will these people get charged with being a loan shark or possibly for stealing my identity?
Do I still owe any such remainder that I do owe?
Do I have the right to sue this organization? The balance they took was supposedly over $750--but first, how do I go about finding them?

Apparently, we have rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the California Rosethal act.
So... what's the next step to take?

Talk to the bank. Get proof. File a police report.
