Pink Oysters are pinning!!(w/pics) (UPDATED)

Went and checked on my laundry baskets today and saw a crap ton of pins forming, and a few actual mini mushies already formed!! Ill post some pics when they get a little bigger :smile:  Man Im stoked!!  These were spawned exactly one week ago today. 3 lbs of grain spawn per basket :tongue2:

Here's a few pics :tongue2:

A pic of the whole area. 6 laundry baskets- 2 Blue Oyster, 2 Pink Oyster, 2- Yellow Oyster and then the bags(almost fully colonized) are blue oyster. The bags were spawned on tuesday last week. The baskets were a week today(sunday).

Thanks all :cool:  I know it's sort of a shotty set-up but it's all I can do right now.  Mycelium has breached the drain holes in the bottoms of the baskets and the bags and has started taking on the plywood. :wink: Pinkies have doubled in size since yesterday and more pins too. Getting my steel shelves set up today for my hericium.:tongue2:

Oh yeah- newb grower I was wondering what the humidity was like where you are?
Man as long as it fruits and your eating mushrooms, I'd say its not to shoddy of a set up :smile:

Combs- we have actually had a lower than usual humidity rate however, it's still wavering around 70% so I only mist once a day.  Temps have been down to 65 at night and 80 during the days, so pretty big swings in temps. :smirk:

x7x_x7x- I'll try to snap some more pics today. I have to borrow my neighbors camera because I don't have a digital. Also the hericium pics will be a while as my culture and filter patch bags are still in transit to me :laugh:

This is a old straw block of Pleurotus djamor, the straw was treated with lime at 1%.

Hey all...The first basket of pinkies got some sort of contam and I pulled it.  But here are some new pics of the yellows going crazy and a few blue pins. Happy 4th!!!
