He was looking pretty beefy but I don't think he was coming in in any real kind of fighting shape.

Alistair should've stayed at HW.
He fatigues quickly at LHW and you can tell it's a stretch for him to cut weight.
For the first 2 minutes of every fight he's the best fighter on the planet.
