While the word set is back in my vocabulary:

I don't see how black holes make time and space not real.  Just because something doesn't exist in a subset of an equation, doesn't mean that it doesn't apply to the larger equation.

I look at black holes more as a non-continuous point in a larger equation.  Just because those exact points are missing, doesn't mean that the entire equation is invalid.

The world is simple. Complexity comes from where you look at things.

Your right, its probably best to just keep your head in the sand, no sense spending your life locked in an endless battle to reveal the mystery that lies behind the very nature of our existence. These endless complex questions concerning all that is existence begging to be answered. Who needs em, I'd certainly rather spend my time focused on money, fame, cars, and vacation. Did you see american Idol last night, Simon was such a dick. That reminds me I need to buy a new truck.

Or were you being sarcastic? I can never tell.:smirk:

Seriously though what is better or more important in life than understanding what exactly this life is?

I had the initiative and the Grand Vision to start this thread. Must I do ALL the work?

BTW, nice counter. I like the way you addressed my point - not!

Uh oh. Now alien civilzations that read this millenia from now will say, "Humans were a petty race that enjoyed bickering."

Unfortunately, the internet will be the only thing to survive world war five.  Alien historians will be busy for millenia.

WW5? What were 3 and 4?

Seems more like a personal grievance than a point, I'm pretty sure most people know that an ostrich doesnt really bury its head in the sand, they do build nests in the sand, which can give the appearance of burying their heads. Nice counter though, I guess sarcasm is just the path of less resistance for some people when it comes to creative thinking. :smirk:

Wait, you mean that the cartoons that I grew up with were wrong....?
Say it isn't so.....!?!?    :hissyfit:

It is going to be difficult to remember saying "Keep your head ON the sand".....
And it screws up the metaphor completely....    :frown:

No, don't be so concerned with gravity and mass.  Einsteinian physics is a limiting factor that prevents faster than light speed travel.  Science has become a religion where idiot scientists foist nonsense such as "dark matter" to explain for the fact that the mass present cannot account for being the cosmic glue that  creates stable galactic forms.  Electromagnetism is what you should be looking at. Electromagnetic forces hold together and energizes mass.  I.F.O.s operate with over-unity free energy devices that also change the frequency oscillation of a vehicle to temporarily have no mass, thus defeating E=MCsquared. That is why you can only see them at or near the ultraviolet section of the light spectrum.  Gravity is a weak field in comparison to electromagnetism.  That is why everything doesn't just collapse in on itself.  Let's go take some drugs and talk to some Tesla coils.

Three was against China, and four was against the Empirium of Africa.

I can't tell ya about five, that would be a violation of the Time War Treaty of Rio de Janero.  Then I'd have to erase you from existence.

Wait a minute, I thought we were already in the midst of WWIII, and we just didn't know it yet...
