 Hallucinate on marijuana!

Alright I've had this on going discussion with my friends about my experience hallucinating on weed. Call me crazy but yes I've hallucinated a couple times off of some really good shit. The first time this happened my good friend had just got back from Bonnaroo ( the four day out-door concert in Tennessee).He brought the group back some really hairy stuff. The next night he invites me over to smoke a few bowls over at his house. By the time we were all done I was absolutely gone. Any kind of pattern I see say for instance the grain from the wood on the table turns into various things like cartoons characters. So heres my question: is there anyone out there that's had a similar experience? if so tell me about it, I hope I'm not the only one!

Ya ive felt like that. Its kind of like animated. Ive also gone on tiny trips in the dark like being scared to in a certain part of the room because a pink monster is over there. But that takes alot of bud.

Ive gotten closed eyes visuals many times (especially when eating + smoking weed)

weed is a muthafucka
i saw this massive spider in my boys house and it litterally just sprang and dissapered to god nowhere
then im sitting down finnaly having my nerves calmed and i see a fuckin spider crawl into the corner over covers on the opposite side of the room
i looked and i could sense it was not as i had made out but still this was like hours after i smoked/thought i smoked

Cannabis is a very potent psychedelic when used properly.
I have always had some interesting experiences with it, but lately, after many DMT excursions, they have changed entirely. I can no longer smoke large quantities of marijuana without slipping into that DMT space. Im not even sure what happens at those times, but it is pretty much identical to DMT. It completely throws out what I though I understood about these chemicals

I've tripped on weed, though to much less of an extent than wish shrooms or acid, many times. It's actually somewhat of a problem though. I have always had a very low tolerance to weed, no matter how schwaggy it is. Also, I have always had some really great auditory hallucinations, though only occasionally have I had anything visual go on. The problem though, is that weed has always made me have a lot of dark thoughts. A lot of the fire/brimstone/apocalypse/damnation thoughts. Even worse and especially more recently, my heart beats at an extremely fast pace and my body gets extremely hot. I'm getting older and am sure that is age is part of it. This is most prevalent when I am mixing with something else, like shrooms or acid, though I seem to have no problems when I take either of them on their own. I was at Southwinds music fest in Ohio last Saturday, and had mixed weed and acid. For about 3 hours Friday night, I laid in my camper with the A/C blasting, convinced that my heart was going to explode. As soon as the weed wore off and acid was all that was left, I was good to go. I had a friend that was there, who offered me an Adipex, which I said I wanted no part of. Good call. I am certain that I might have died had that been added to what I already went through. My friends later told me that they have known people who are allergic to weed, and that I exhibited all the same symptoms. Bummer too. I ended up saying "fuck it" to weed for good, giving away my pipe and what I had there. Oh well, at least I still have shrooms to enjoy.

Alot of people say they see cartoon characters and shit when taking psychedelics.
I never have.
I see lots of cool mind melting visuals though.
Marijuana has given me some pretty subtle yet beautiful visuals.
I will never see cartoon characters though. Im pretty sure of this.
If I wanted to I could sort of shape the divine visuals I see into faces and shit.
I could select a visual with the intention of seeing a face.
I am just not prone to doing that.
But yes, I have hallucinated some pretty neat visuals on somewhat high doses of weed.
No faces, no cartoons or lilliputians, unless I was convinced that that is the shit I was supposed to see.
I started from the ground up.
Faces, skulls!!!, lilliputians!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...............

My expectation when I first took LSD was to see mickey mouse sitting at the edge of my bed after all of the cartoon character stories Ive heard. I too am yet to see any cartoons on any of the psychedelics Ive taken over the years. But after what I have seen, what a boring experience cartoons must be!

I have seen cartoons made up in my head on shrooms.
If anyone has seen the beavis and butthead do america trip out scene.. It was VERY similar to that. The difference was there was alot of beer spilling! Hard to explain but each cartoon character showed up, did one action, the next came, did one action etc. It wouldgo from a beer bottle toppling to some crazy demon spilling beer to two bottles falling.
The concept of spilling beer made me upset

I've tripped, if you will, on weed several times. The fast thoughts and analytical thinking isn't present, but I get visuals and that cosmic state of conciousness. I see parts of myself in other people and become very empathetic. The visuals remind me of salvia trips, alien-feeling of mushrooms, and the lucidity of LSA. Haha, that makes it sound like each hallucinogen affects the weed high. Psychedelics are like pokemon, gotta catch 'em all.
For me to achieve those effects, I need to smoke it no more than once a week. Heady sativa tends to cause this more than stoney indicas. It tends to last only for about the first 30 minutes or so of the high before I drop to a lower level of being.

Yeah, Its really disapointing going into a trip expecting to meet the lucky charms guy, only to have your visual field burst into a kaleidescope of colors that sound like the most beautiful music, penetrating your soul as you come to realize that we are all one infinite consciousness capable of anything and everything. what a rip off

anyway, i hallucinate on weed all the times, i mainly just see patterns in the dark and when i close my eyes. they consist of moving spots, you know the ones you see when your eyes are used to the lights and you turn them off. they morph and form different shapes and patterns. they are less noticable in the light but i get what i call frame vision, its like my vision is broken up into squares and geometric patterns.
the one of the first times i smoked i saw the sublime sun in the shadows at night, very trippy!

My experience has kind of been the inverse. I noticed that certain people appear more cartoon-like when they are tripping, and I am sober. Just in certain instances.
This one guy I used to know a long time ago was really tripping (about 10 potent geltabs) to the point where he couldn't really move, except he'd turn his head in slow motion to look at different things at people's prompting. His eyes were saucers, and his pupils were totally dilated. His jaw was dropped in wonder. And he had his hair done in these short, spiky clumps. He was also kind of crying, but I think it was in amazement. Very cartoonish.
He said afterwards it was not a negative experience in any way.

It's been quite a while since I've done much of anything. But other than just being generally high on pot, I'd get auditory hallucinations... the inability to hear a conversation going on right in front of me over the music that wasn't that loud in the background. A lot of that... close things sounding distant, quiet things overpowering loud things.
On acid and shrooms I have had the most intense visual hallucinations. Trippin real hard, come down off the peak, an hour or two later and the popcorn ceiling is dripping down 3"-8", each a long honeydew drip that would breath down, stop, and go back. Over the entire ceiling, independently.
Dang, it's been over 20 years since that incident. Almost makes me wish I had popcorn ceilings again.

there have been many discussions on this here before...
But yea weed for sure can produce visuals and other psychedelic effects...
I have learned how to go rather "deep" with just weed. I prefer a good sativa, Silver Haze is probably my fav. Smoke .3g-.5g, get comfy somewhere quite and chill, close my eyes and off i go. I don't know much about meditation but im pretty sure im taking myself into a meditative state, once there i feel like i have lost connection with my physical body and im just all mind. Hard to explain, but psychedelic indeed in it's own way.

Weed does some funny shit to sound. 
One of the first times I smoked weed, I was in my house and the parents were asleep. I was playing Final Fantasy VII. There's a part in Junon when a siren goes off in the background as you're playing. When that siren went off, I thought it was coming from right outside and I damn near freaked out trying to figure out why there was a siren going off outside.
The same night, there was another part that took place on a beach, and I thought the sound of the waves was a large animal in my room breathing.
