You have to have a supporter account to use SSL. Did you follow a link from somewhere or did you just type in https? Anyway, if you have a supporter account you can log in with the same username and password as on the BB.

my friend (supporter) is having trouble, everytime he logs in he gets the Secure Connection box and theres no way to type anything into it. he cant disable it, send pms, or expire his cookies without being able to access it.
therefore he cant really do much at all.
