That is a different type of thing altogether.
BTW, was he charged with the crime? That is a little worse than my case which is based on nothing but hearsay.

give it to those pigs as good as you can
ill be suing them next year either with a civil lawyer or a gaol apponted barraster, depends where i am
we have already established that medical neglect has taken place now we are looking into whether it was crminal neglect
we have to subpoena missing facts from their briefs they managed to leave out, theyve used a mugshot from a case i won in 96 to prejudice the judge aswell
we're looking into that one and why they have used a mugshot from a case that was dismissed to try and make the judge think i am in and out of trouble
thats corruption aswell
pigs love me

Why don't you explain in greater detail what happened? A number of people have asked, why do you not provide?

2: a notion maintained despite evidence to the contrary

well the case is still open and discussing details on a public forum is not a good idea... besides, if these people are trying to fuck him over could they try to use his posted remarks on the internet against him?

of course, but that's his problem.
This question is completely worthless as he's asking a legal question based upon an entirely absent factual predicate.
Lock this shit till he posts a question that is meaningful

They would have no reason to subpeona what I posted on the shroomery.
best bet in this case I have come to find out is it best to just wait for the trial to be over.

well I have come to the conclusion that this case is really stupid, and that I read the difference between reasonable suspicion, and probable cause.
in motions in trial it might get dismissed, due to only being reasonable suspicion based on my case.
My lawyer said its a very triable cause, and that he would not try this case as a felony, because it might be more leverage to scare you, but its harder with twelve people, especially when its a weak case for phone harassment and a ridiculously asinine case for what is "stalking"
see other thread.
its just rather annoying, its like, lets get the trial over already.
I think it would be a feather in the cap to completely walk because the jury would hang, and it would show that this person who is already not credible and a drama queen in the eyes of others (including our acquaintances) will go "what the fuck was that about?"
