 Is there a way for me to pay a credit card bill with another credit card?

I finally broke down and asked for help with my money situation and my dad has agreed to help me use his card, but none seem to have any method of doing so.

You can do an electronic balance transfer, or write a check from a credit card. If your father requests it, his cc company will mail him the checks, which can be used to pay any bill.

I am a Bill collector and I love it when ppl pay their credit card with another credit card. I get to call them next month about their new bill and collect even more commission.

No what you do is get a call from me threatening involentary collections, then give me your dads cc number, then when I get off work I roll my sleeves up and have the numbers rite there on my arm.
I then go on a Toys R Us shopping spree.

Balance transfers can be initiated from your credit card company or your fathers. If you or he have online access to the accounts, that is the easiest way to accomplish it.
If not, just give them a call, they'll immediately know what you're asking for.

Yes, you can do it. The act of doing this is known as "surfing". (Trying to balance out one debt, by gaining another.) and as mentioned, creditors love this.

My dad ended up just writing me a check instead. He's really going all out to help me here as he doesn't have much himself. I just can't wait until I'm better off so I can repay him back with something really nice.

Don't worry, half of the world is in debt to somebody or another. Infact, I'm getting dragged into court for my debt.
