i just wanted to say... dreams are really others reality and the future of what will be but its your preception and level of prececption and reception that makes them a positive or negitive reality which will make the future dream a dream or a nightmare

dreams are very strange, and people since the beginning of time have tried to figure what it is out, it is more scientific than mystical.

well the only thing that makes it scientific is that it deals with matter, energy, and their interrelations and transformations. Dreams are all that you will experience in a differnt form as a way of guiding you and others to bring union or warn one of events to come in the future. Its the same thing as when you trip and have visuals we all naturally expereience them.

i say its way more then dmt its all the stuff. Have you ever been in a room or with a bunch of people smoking dmt and trip off their smoke. Sometimes DMT is completely not visual to me but physically intense. Other People are the entities its funny when people smoke dmt and find them self staring a a CEV of me, it does happen lol others will smoke alot sitting next to me and be like wow im tripping so hard but wheres the visuals and im like im sorry your way to close to me lol. i think im starting to reach to point of i have done way to much research into this subject but i feel like there will never be enough.

i think there are several places dreams can take you, but the dude is correct in that how you act in dreams effects people directly and the world around you more subtlety.

If a dream is something that comes & goes, leaving no trace of what happened how can it be said to be any sort of reality?
What never changes is the only reality

I don't know about different possible universes, but I can definitely understand dreaming as 'housekeeping'; providing the individual with needs not achieved in waking life. They also may be part of a repair mechanism - dreams of intense love may exist to compensate for a waking emptiness.

I've never gotten my dreams as vividly as when I've done cocaine, not with any other drug. I can remember so many details from these dreams, it's like tripping when you go to sleep. Sigmund had it right, the dream process is the subconscious fantasies and needs being channeled so they don't interfere with the normal course of life.

Try the Mexican Dream Herb, Calea zacatechichi, creates vivid visuals as you move towards hypnogogia, then very vivid dreams, their vividness depending on the dose.

Man, that is too fucking unbelievable. A few weeks ago I was chatting with a friend, about life, the universe, and everything, when I had mentioned a wild theory that occurred to me that morning after some intensely vivid dreams.
I thought, what if when we dream, we're experiencing another reality, through another persons perspective. And when they dream, they see our world. At the time it was just a mental exercise but that's just too weird, that today I just happen to look in this forum for the first time in months (maybe years), and see your post basically saying the same thing (I think). Pretty odd, but I felt like I should post here & share that bit with you.

 word thats what im talking about.
a further extension of this is sometimes i have dejue vu thats like i feel not the event happing but something that tiggers the memoery of a dream that didnt make sense that was really strange from talking to or being with someone.
