Is this Cobweb? (pictures inside)

Hey guys, I just recently jumped into this forum and the world of mycology. I havent quite read the "must read" FAQ/threads yet, and I am aware that there are almost several hundred other threads on cobweb mold, but I would like everyones personal opinions on these particular jars. so go easy on me~.
I recently purchased all of the essentials (including a pressure cooker)and have given two "gos" at getting myself some decent growth to start creating prints and clones, but I am a little worried. I only have one print remaining and purchasing another is not an option, so please tell me what I want to hear....
Earlier today I came to check on my jars and was a little disappointed. My LCs do not seem to be doing much, however my second attempt at the BRF-tek yielded some interesting results. When I first checked my two BRF jars I was excited because they were overcome with a very wispy growth, but then I remembered reading in a previous forum about cobweb mold. I figured, since this definitely looks like cobweb mold I might as well give things a jump-start in the hopes that a piece of mycelium might just overcome all the nasty stuff. So I turned the two jars upside down, gave them a good thump, shook them up a bit, and went for a two hour bike ride. When I got back and checked on the jars one more time this is what I saw....
The wispy white growth became a deeper white and (possibly) grew out a bit more.... Part of me is really excited because I have read that sometimes mycelium can start out wispy white and be a very good sign of rhizomorphic activity, but.... Its wispy! At least it was wispy. If this is in fact mycelium do you think it will survive me pulling it out of its nice warm (and very dark) container into a cold house after being shaken up? Whats the verdict?

These two jars were created using the BRF-TEK, and PCed for about an hour. The mix didnt have very much water, but I figured this could be a plus because my last attempt was overcome with bacillus mold. Both are covered with tinfoil, but one has a lid and the other does not. When I inoculated the jars I boiled my syringe and water in a shot glass, submerged in a larger glass, for about ten minutes. I wasnt nearly as sanitary as I could have been; no fume hoods, glove boxes.... I just washed my hands and did everything in the kitchen. These two jars have been incubated in a small rubber tub covered with a heating blanket kept at 78-85F for about a week and a half now.

it's Mycelium. you just have rhizo paranoia some strains have diffrent thickness and diffrent grow rates of mycelium

Me: Yah, Rock can be thrown away by a palastinian but a palestinian can't read or write so they doesn't know what to do with the paper
Brother: well they could wipe themselves with paper cause they are ass holes

A $20 glove box and a 100 pack of latex gloves (~$7) go a long way, hands are nasty things.
