Okay, I ordered a Thai Lipa Yai 10cc syringe from Spores101.com and I recieved this email

According to our records, this order is now complete.
So it says it was completed on the 4th...it is now the 23rd so its been 16 days if you dont count Sundays. I have emailed Spores101.com and submitted a ticket to their online helpdesk, neither of which have been responded to, even though I messaged them 4 days ago.
Have I waited long enough yet or did Spores101 rip me off? I wouldn't expect a Shroomery vendor to rip me off but it seems like its been a long time and they have already charged my Credit Card
I guess, its coming from Canada and I live in the States so it might take some more time. Anyone know what the deal is?
UPDATE: I have just recieved this email from Spores101.com and have been reassured that the spore syringe will in fact arrive!
