Is this "Wet Spot" (Bacillus sp.)?

These are my jars that I just inoculated yesterday. Does that look like the bacillus contam to you guys or is that
just the water from the inoculation still sitting there?

Need better pictures... use the "macro" mode on your camera (the flower)
