tried that... woke up the next morning, stuck a square in my mouth and smoked it.  After 7 years of smoking, its just not that easy anymore, but I can't deny that I could do that in the past and not smoke for days, but my body is too tolerant anymore.

Roll your own, then chainsmoke enough of those and you'll eventually need a day or two to recover.

I do roll my own...

I'd rather not smoke myself sick to quit.  I only smoke 4 or 5 a day, but that's no excuse to keep smoking.  Meditation and exercise helps quite a bit, considering I used to smoke almost a pack a day.

Just get off the commercial tobacco, that's my advice to anyone whos looking to get something more healthy.

There's also ecigs. Cheaper here with the fucking stupid sin taxes on fags (a pack of twenty is £6, or $12 in mickey mouse notes). It's a canister of water with nicotine, and tobacco flavouring, with either a usb or battery to provide energy to vaporise it. Much cheaper than the nicorette gum or inhalers to. From what I know, it's the radioactive phosphorous fertilliser used in commercial tobacco that fucks it up. And it's not that potent, so you have to smoke a lot of plant matter for the drug.

I've been "quitting" for like 2 weeks now. Newports -> Newport Lights -> Winston Lights -> Newport 100's. Guess it's not going as planned. This next pack is the last though. I swear. :awesome:

I smoked the organice roll-your-own tobacco and found it to be far more potent than the conventionally grown stuff.

i hate cigarettes, I get mouth sores if i share a joint or pipe with a cig smoker, the nicotine and other poisons on their lips and saliva get on the mouth piece.

I only smoke when I'm drunk, which doesn't happen too often anymore.
