Do you think you'll end up doing this? It seems it would be a great idea.... but then again what if a major change occurred.... you'd trip balls.

I have planned to for quite a while. I honestly see myself as better prepared to deal with the unknown and mysterious on a manageable dose of psychoactives. Around 1g of cubensis is a comfortable but not disabling dose.

i thought about doing it, but then i started to believe that during tripping all im going to think about is the end of the world and im going to have the worst trip of my life. So i decided to throw E into that equaiton

I've read about Terrance Mckennas theory of the 2012 time wave zero theory, the mayans believe it's the year of a new age which I can see, we're in the 21st century now and I reckon we should stop fighting, come together and sort out the mess of the past and move forward, have a real re- shuffle of the laws and sort out the in-justices and inequalities of our human rites that are currently moving around this Earth.
Maybe I'll be tripping then but aren't we anyway?

i really have never heard much about the 2012 stuff....But i do recall about a year ago my friend had a pretty intense, somewhat life changing shroom trip. One point during his trip i talked to him a bit to sorta see what was on his mind and calm him down some, through the conversation i recall him several times making remarks along the lines of "It's all going to end soon...all of this, gone in 2012" ...
kinda makes me wonder now.....

Tripping sounds like a good idea to do on 2012 but take in account that something extraordinary will probably happen and a trip might ruin it.

I'm sure I will trip sometime during the year 2012...
As for something earth shattering happening on Dec 21, 2012, I highly doubt it and will take great pleasure in laughing in the believers' faces when that date comes and passes without anything happening.

i dont believe this world ending nonsense. i just think, like mckenna says, things are speeding up, we are evolving faster. its the end of one cycle and the beginning of another, thats all. no comet hitting earth, no poles shifting. we just keep going.
but yea, ill probably eat some acid, maybe smoke some dmt on 12-21-12.

Probably be tripping, but I agree with PilzeEssen. The world isn't going to end, but maybe a shift in the cycle of evolution of our race.

yeah, I tend to think about the world coming to an end nowadays when I trip, I think if I tripped on that date I would be so consumed by paranoia I'd end up freaking out and doing something stupid. Maybe I'm just not yet comfortable enough in that state of mind, but unless I have good reason to believe that tripping will be necessary in order to smoothly transition into some new form of consciousness or something like that, I'm staying sober on that day... maybe I'm just a pussy though. regardless, my birthday is 3 days prior so I'll just trip on my birthday.

Definitely won't be tripping. I've waited my ENTIRE life for something amazing to happen... And I won't want to miss it if it does.
However, I'm a fairly firm believer that nothing other than a new age will be ushered in. Hell, we might not even notice the change for months... For example, what if an entirely new US presidential candidate runs and wins the 2012 election, inciting change in his/her next 4-8 years in office... Could be anything really.

Saw this on the history channel special and I believe at the end of every like sector in the calendar something drastic happens but they were all generic conceptions which can be labeled onto any disaster. Sort of like nostradamus. And I saw that the calendar ends on 2012 but it restarts or something wierd like that because the calendar can never end or something. idk I would have to watch it again.

I will trip just for sheer enjoyment, but as far as the 2012 thing, NADA. Nothing is going to happen. And if it does where is it going to start. It will be December 12th somewhere else before moving on, ya know..

ha yeah my friends an i have been saying for the last couple years that 2012 is the year we were going to start doing heroin.
i'm very skeptical and overall indecisive, and i don't really know what i buy into half of the time, especially with this 2012 shit.especially after the range of theories i have heard of what is supposed to happen in 2012, from cosmic catastrophe to rapid brain alterations. lol. but either way i love any sort of scary date that slowly approaches, this one is like a way more fun Y2K.
i'll for sure be tripping.

i dont no if i belive this or not the myans did trip on musrooms to have there "spirtal thoughts" and all nd there r soo many other relegions that say somehting bad will happen on the day and then there r those that say it is goin to be the day we evolve but idk it al seems too hard to think about especialy the part about us having 4 years left to live! but i think i belive it more than i dont beleive it
