No one person here can be attacked.

If you feel like your beliefs are being attacked and because of that you are, then it is usually because you fear the negative emotional feelings that result in feeling wrong about something.
I feel attacked still, yet i recognize that it is simply an emotion that has no bearing on what is actually happening - people who attack you, simply are giving you an option, you can take it or leave.

Once this is certain, one does not feel attacked more than you would by walking into a store and looking at a book that contradicts what you believe to be true.

I feel and hear that everyone here can feel that and indeed it is a difficult journey to begin and recognize why we feel so shaky when confronted with others who give us something which contradicts what we think...the freedom, even in those first split moments is worth it, i believe its possible.

The mind is a creative tool. It searches to protect you, through message sensations(feelings). It is no different than a computer, you need to make sure its anti-virus program is in check and that it doesnt have a script that limits your experience, because of to much precaution.

And remember the computer does not appear to respond to words of anger and frustration - just give it input, in the form of new meanings that you know to be true and its messages to you and the limits it lays out for you, will change.

Guilt is an outcome of believing you are the cause of the problems.

Yet, we are not a cause to something, we see is negative or bad - Unless you believe your intentions are directed towards a bad outcome....

Perhaps the secret to communication when dealing with 'ideas' is to present them as such.
When you walk in and think you know everything then proceed to tell everybody that this is the way it is...
When obviously their life experience is not in accord...
You come off as a self proclaimed 'teacher' not someone who is honest about their place in the journey.
And 'teachers' are a dime a dozen.  And look how far we've come with the 'teaching.'

the truth is that no one knows the truth. Socrates said it best with "I am the wisest man here because i know that i know not." no one knows shit.

Wow your ancient mentioning Socrates,
Surely Nietzsche has undermined Socrates to the point of him not even being relevant in today's society.
I'm not asking you to be pragmatic, but if your talking about knowledge and epistemology, you should really read up on Descartes.

You'll soon see that everything physical can not be explained, but only things that are subjective, mental, and personal can be 100% guaranteed.
So there is truth, it just isn't outside of us.
