Back in the early 70s when States were decriminalizing weed...Colorado was 'under 1 oz = $25 citation'. I would've bet that by 1980, we'd be buying weed in the liquor stores. They started to lighten-up on weed some.
Well, 1980 came & no legal weed...in fact, Reagan was about to reverse our progress. 'JUST SAY NO' by Nancy Reagan was the new slogan. We're regressing quickly. Then 1990 came & no legal weed. Clinton was too busy worrying about broads & getting caught. Then 2000/2001...the 21st century & still we are going backwards with our drug laws. Something's gotta change or stoners who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time will continue to sit in prison for recreational drug possession. Makes me sad.

This film is actually pretty good.. its not too 'conspiricay theoryish' either.
Its mainly about crack / cocaine and cannabis.
