 Why do you come to The Pub?

i seem to come here every day.
some times i feel its cause its like a family that i don't have thats always there. i guess its cause i feel like my family never seems to have anything to say interesting to me so i come to the pub and all these people always have some thing to say.
why do you come to the pub?

cuz it's a chill place to hang out and OTD has gotten completely out of hand.
I remember when OTD was cool no one ever came into the pub.

I came here daily for years because my good friends were here and I enjoyed chatting with them. These days I come here (and lurk) because I'm a moderator of this forum and I try to enforce the rules. I liked the old days better, maybe things will change?

You don't see me posting in OTD, I do review the forum as I'm a mod in there, however since there are no rules I only take action against spammers and kiddy porn.
The Pub however has rules and they will be enforced. Infiltration, no doubt, it's become a game and it WILL end.
If it becomes a contest I think I may have a slight edge?

I am pretty new here, yet I feel it is the best place I have found online to hang out and talk about whatever. This place has lots of intelligent folks, kindred spirits, and just plain funny shit. As for the issues some of you talk about, take a look at some other places that are set up similarly, and you will find that this place is superior for conversational flow, and has a low troll content...

i come to the pub for the like minded people and the sort of personal info u find here.. everythings pretty much a report and its all pretty intriguing.
basically i come here to the world which in my eyes is perfect. this is the way the world needs to be =]
none of that frowning down on others for using their choice and ability to take something not offered in mainstream pharmacies haha...
but yeh enough said.

Kills time, which I have LOTS of. I could definitely be spending it much more productively.
Sometimes it's good conversation, sometimes it's good argument, sometimes it's good jest, sometimes it's good information.
There are tons of things that bring me to The Pub.
