I think my ketogenic trips are more clear-headed, but I don't think sugar actually kills the high.

Sugar does not kill a high, what it does is its own thing. Your felling the sugar seperately and getting the typical sugar rush youd get anytime and the crashing like normal within minutes. so this typically can make you feel the tired feeling youd feel if you hadnt eaten the sugar. It has been known to help people finally go to sleep in HUGE doses when it wore off and they crashed,... but will probably make you sicker than if you just left your ride alone....

I always eat sugar if I have a bad trip, just because I read something about bad trips possibly being caused by low levels of sugar. It never seems to help
