Maybe by not spending every last bit of your paycheck every week. Living paycheck to paycheck is ridiculous, get a savings acount.

To me, this means having enough savings to last at least six months to a year with zero income.

going to SFCC and living with my folks really leaves me with spare change, it's not like i sell coke and stack thousands or anything. living check to check is about my only option right now unless i either sell coke or get mad loans, and i'm already up to my neck in loans.

I dont have parents, or really any other family for that matter. So I live on my own, and I go to college as well. No excuse. I'm not saying you need an IRA, just save part of your paycheck. That way you can buy whatever you want, without having to worry about when your next check is coming in.
