 Simple question, cant find striaght answer.. How many grams of dried shrooms does a casing make?

yeah, so obviously it depends on big the casing is, but i figure everybody does a different size, so if you guys would be ever so kind and tell me your dried yeild and the size of container you used ... and if you feel like it what worked best.. that'd be real neat and all, haha thanks in advance..
Don't know if this is in the best section for this.. but its not all that important so might as well put it in the pub.. haha

search next time please.
also, a casing is the layer you put over your substrate. a casing, of course, isn't needed, but helps.
these mini-mono-tubs were made with 2 half pint BRF/VERM cakes and had a VERM casing...

Search for biological efficiency i think.
Biological efficiency - The definition of biological efficiency (BE) in mushroom cultivation is: 1 pound fresh mushrooms from 1 pound dry Substrate indicates 100 iological efficiency. This definition was first used by the agaricus industry to be able to compare different grow setups and Substrate compositions. Note that this is not the same as true thermodynamic efficiency. The BE of Psilocybe cubensis is easily somewhere in the range of 200�br>Birthing - Removing the fully colonized growth medium (like a cake from its jar) from whatever container it was kept in for colonization purposes and placing in an environment conducive to fruiting.

too many variable. its not as simple as input output. you should be satisfied with an answer that in most cases it has a positive impact, although not necessary.
