those are oysters in plain poplar sawdust
today i check these two after 2 or three days in fruiting conditions and find lots unexpected of pins, screaming for FAE's
look these monsters
a shiitake and two aborts

When I had outdoor oysters at my parents, my dad got a kick out of 'em. One day he left in the morning and a handful of quarter sized caps were poking out. He comes home for lunch and a dozen of them are now bigger than an open palm. Now when he sees oysters, he stays home until lunch to watch them grow.

prolly a dumb qustion , but gotta start somewhere , iam looking into growing oyster mushrooms ive seen a few tek's on growing them but i was wondering where i can get a spore print or fresh stem cutting for my self to start ...

Yeah I'm looking too. Could buy off the vendors but they're expensive. Otherwise I'm gonna try cloning of shop bought shrooms and see what happens. It failed with button mushrooms, but that wasn't all that surprising. Oysters I can greater hope for.
