We'll just going for a walk in town and found these..
- In hardwood, wood chips about 40 mushrooms
- brown/red top
- biggest 3cm, spaced apart and some in small groups,
no real sign of bluing,
Spore print blacky - purple colour

They look a lot like Stropharia aurantiaca.

I don't think strophs are deadly, they might give you the shits though...

i was'nt going to eat them i had a fair idea thats what they are...
Just wanted to make sure.
they are the only mushroom that i have seen growing in to town every thing else is a couple of klms out.
