I've been thinking... has anyone had good luck casing monobucket or monotub style then just misting/using the casing layer for humidity?

yeah. in the "mono buckets" thread i posted a few days back, i couldn't quite get myself to do the "set and forget " part of the mono TEK, out of habit i guess. i just had to mist and fan a couple of times a day.

you could, but you will get better results if you spawn to bulk. as you are going to need to pasteurize the casing material, why not, using the same pasteurizing method, spawn the crumbled cakes to bulk first? this is the simplist pasteurizing method i have yet to find for the small amounts i require.>

works for both bulk sub and casing materials. good luck
