Which edible is most like growing cubensis?

I'm pretty familiar with growing cubensis and now I want to grow some edibles. Can anyone tell me which edibles are most like growing cubensis?

I use rye as my spawn and manure/straw compost as substrate fruited in a monotub. Will this work for any edibles? Perhaps even some information on growing edibles would be very helpful. Thanks a million in advance.

oysters will work for that, oysters will eat up just about anything... i've grown oysters on straight straw before, right now i'm growing them on spent coffee grounds with wood shavings mixed in. I'm sure they would love some shit mixed in with the straw...

Button mushrooms are probably the most similar. You should have no problem growing them on poo.
