well i was just wandering about these seeds Ive always tried to grow from the stuff i get from my bag some swag and all the nug and Dro seeds i could find but they never bud in time?
So i got 10 top44 seeds and i guess they bud in the 8/9month with 500g/m2 ill probably only grow half the seeds and hope some are female!

People that have grown this strain tell me a lil about it and if you have pics that'd be great to see the final product!

its a pretty strain large buds bright magenta hairs and covered in crystal. question is, does it get you high? not really in my experience. looks like the best but only works for non-avid smokers. i was about to get some of those seeds in amsterdam many years back. then the owner of fantaseeds coffeeshop had me pull out my top 44 from another shop then displayed his. we smoked a bowl of each but could not even feel a thing cutting through a day of smoking. then he packed a bowl of amsterdam "mids" from south africa. not the pressed brick that always comes from there but nicely compacted decent looking nugs. anyway one hit and i was feeling good through the fog of the day. 2 bowls of top44 from 2 sources didn't do much if anything.

thank you very much for the repost! since i only smoke on the occasion this might be good for me than.(we will see) It sounded good because i live in zone 5 and it starts to drop to the 50's and below in the end of October, so i need a fast flowering plant if to be grown outside. what other plants flower faster or around the same time?
I'm new to this even though Ive been growing the free seeds i get from my bags for 2-3years but with no buds. Any way who wants to buy something when you can grow it and its better quality?

well im not sure how she does outside but i know indoors she's quick. quick indoors doesnt mean quick outdoors. it depends on how photosensitive she is. i have seen 45 day plants that werent done in october. with all the hybridizing these days its hard to tell. quick flowering outdoors depends on 2 things for the plant. the rate at which it takes from begining of flower to end and the amount of light hrs needed to trigger flowering. some plants are stubborn and really need the hrs to get down to 12 to trigger flowering and others may start flowering at 17hrs. a 65 day strain that flowers with 9 hrs of darkness will be done faster then a 45 day strain that needs 12 hrs of darkness to trigger flowering outdoors.

i never thought about that? maybe thats why the other plants never really budded they were in like the middle of the flower stage and then it got to cold. whats a few plants that take a short amout of light to flower? or would be good for the zone 5? (early girl, early misty those kind?)

early girl is defiently a good choice. early misty, im not so sure about considering misty has the same parents as white widow. im sure it would be done by october but it might not be as early as you think. durban is a good choice depending what company you get your seeds from. my durbans finish early october late september. mighty mite finishs in early sept. bubblegum was done at the end of sept as were the bubbleberrys. northern lights was done in the begining of october with the california orange and blueberrys. i hear good things about trainwreak's flowering times also. if you are a light smoker like you said you could try some skunk/ruderalis which should be done very early with a few late plants. even a lowryder would be good for a mild smoke that can finish very early. i havent worked with the skunk/ruderalis or lowryders but it should finish very quick for you. probably harvesting in mid august maybe even earlier with the lowryders.

Wow i m ite have to consider that next year, ive heard that durban is pretty potent!
Ive known of a few guys around here that were able to bud northern lights and one called swiss mist. I got some seeds today and to tell you the truth i think i got ripped cuz i could get better looking seeds out of some bags ive smoked. but they did put in 6 extra ones... hopefully they all germ and do well.
