so i was doing a san pedro extraction and it was boiling lightly and i guess i waited a bit too long to check on it.. ended up checking right as there was basically no water left and it was burning and turned brown.. i frantically added water and tried to mix it up again so i could get something out of it still. do you think itll still be ok?

Hmm... Hard to tell.
How long do you think it was burning to the bottom of the pan?
I spend the whole day sitting right next to the boiling tea. Just make sure you have reading material, drinks, and your laptop hooked up to wifi. You are good to go for hours of supervised boiling

The water gets brown within 2 hours of boiling the cacti.
It just really starts to thicken up towards the end when you are condensing it.

nah i mean by the time i got there the water was gone and all that was left was the cacti nearly burning since i had just got down there once the water was gone... so i filled it up with water again hoping to still get the goods out of it.. still got z dark brown color as a result. but when i said brown before i was talking about it burning cus there was no water left at that point. hopefully i put the water in quick enough to save what was left but i dunno.

well... its been over an hour... i dont think its gonna happen. i know its a light come up and takes a while anyway. if im feeling anything right now id say its very subtle. otherwise, im not expecting much. so im a bit bummed. a friend of mine may get my some of the extracted crystalized form soon so if that comes through then ill be happy. if that doesnt happen then maybe ill have to try again and be more careful
i can say that i am feeling a bit of something though : nausea
