Wasn't there another one where a pizza place was putting crazy mushrooms on their pizzas? I distinctly remember Scully doign an autopsy and she was going through the contents in the stomach and she said something like "the victim had eaten pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms... hey, that does sound kinda good" and almost fell victim?
