 Health statistic? HELP

I have to do a paper on the statistics of heart attacks, choking, car accidents, gun shots, allergic reaction, and falls. What I have to find out is what ethnic groups are affected, as well as gender, age, and weight. I've been searching and I'm not having to much luck finding sites in which I can find this information.
So if anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it.
Sites, books, whatever references u can give me.

Near the bottom of the page I've linked is an entire section on "Statistics," which gives links to many online databases of health-related statistics. You should be able to find everything you need.
