The more I think about it the more important it seems that I get laid. I am that 25 year old virgin that posted a while back that I should "give sex a try". I think it is becoming psychologically damaging, i mean, a real relationship would be much better, but I think just getting laid once would make me feel a lot more comfortable.
How risky do you all think it is to buy/sell sex on craig's list? Because I would rather just masturbate than get HIV, it just depends on what the chances are. I'm guessing it is safer to list myself; I would probably get a couple offers. Do you think these people fuck more than the girls you pick up at bars? At least they are probably safer about it and not so wasted they forget to use protection.

can you elaborate? i can see how it may not be worth the risks or (possibly) money, but time doesn't seem like a big factor.

i've done this a couple of times when i had some extra cash to blow. its cool because for 2 or 3 hundred bucks you can bang the kind of girl you might not otherwise be able to fuck. some will blow you w/o a condom, but most will make you wear one, which is better for you since you said in the other thread you were scared of getting something. i agree with the other poster that sex in a real relationship is so much better, but if i was a virgin at 25, i would definitely consider it. maybe getting it out of your system will be enough to loosen you up a bit. sex isnt a really big deal. girls know you want to fuck them. guys have been trying to fuck them all their lives. just play it cool and they might spread em for you.

Do they have legal brothels in your country? They usually get their girls tested fairly regularly so it might be safer than craigslist.

I live in Australia. Brothels are legal in this country if you have the proper permit. I woundn't say they are completely safe. The girls who work there have sex with a lot of guys. But they know what their doing and make it as safe as possible. I don't think you would have to worry much about aids, the biggest problem would be herpes, because a condom can't completely protect you from that. But herpes is so common that even if you have a steady relationship with someone you could still get it. Most of the time it has no symptoms either so people who have it don't know. If i was in your position i would go to a brothel or even craigslist if i had to.

One time I was wathing Cops(that show is awesome btw, i like to study them and learn from peoples mistakes) and they set up a sting operation by using craigslist.
They made an ad with a prostitute, had them come to a hotel, and then arrested em as soon as they entered the door.
I don't know how common that is, but I'm sure they are out there. I mean, it is illegal.
