Tantra is the practice of channeling pure enlightenment into our human form, becoming blissfully one with the universe & using the knowledge of the universal nature's laws (karma), thus spreading enlightenment to ALL.
Four purities:
Seeing ones current form as that of & being of full of pure enlightenment.
Seeing ones environment as the land of & for this pure enlightenment to manifest.
Perceiving ones enjoyment as the bliss of enlightenment, completely free of attachment.
Using ones Karma for the enlightenment of ALL.
Tantra is a human practice that should be realised & actualised as visualisation of self as a fully enlightened being, following the laws of nature in perfect harmony, seeing the clear light, living as a manifestation of pristine peace & pure awareness, feeling this as bliss in human form. Yet maintaing non attachment to all & recognizing the emptiness and impermanence of what appears to be reality.
Merge duality into ONE.
Breathe control.
Deep breath
Mantras.
Om Mani Padme Hum
Hand symbols.
Fingers over lapping, thumbs touching, at sacral chakra.
Left hand "ok sign" at heart chakra.(teaching)
Right hand offeriung on knee (giving compassion to all beings)

Tantric meditation:
Sit calmly and purify mind and heart of wayward thoughts and desires, feel unattachment to everything, as reality as it appears is a multidimensional manifested illusion of AUM , it is impermanently changing, so attachment to that which changes is the root of all suffering.
Your aim is blissfully pristine peace, pure awareness, brought through enlightenment (the realisation and actualisation of AUM.
The truth (and path to actualisation) of all these is (the realisation) that they have no attachment to outcomes, there are no questions and no answers, only pure awareness.
Through imagination and feeling, direct AUM to rise up the spine, from the root chakra into the neck and then into the crown chakra and the 3rd eye chakra.
When enough AUM if present in the 3rd eye chakra, direct the Aum/clear light to 3-6 feet infront of you, visualising this in your own human shape/form, visually separate, still within you, without you.

Buddha Nature Tantra
Everything in the illusionary state essentially is this nature, just unrealised, attached, so it could be said lifes evolution has happened in order for this nature to be capable of revealing itself to liberation/MahaNirvana.
Buddha nature is nondual.
Impermanently everything has some form of evolving consciousness, even a planet evolves to try and harbour life, H2O evolves through ice and water in order to evolve life, all these elements in my eyes seem to be here working together to help everything be liberated, be capable of realising Buddha Nature.
Human life/mind/consciousness is such a great part of this, yet we must meditate on the impermanence of this state, and see essentially we are no more significant than anything in pure essence.
Otherwise our ego runs away with this ability to realise our highly advanced consciousness & the original teachings are lost as you become attached to being a being enlightened, instead of just being enlightened.
That is how i practice tantra in my mind.
As it projects all of us as enlightened beings (or at least very capable of) yet focuses on the impermanence of being this being/the illusion of this reality (due to impermanence!)
All this being becomes attached to, only causes the being to suffer, once you are free from attachment and accept everything as it is there is no more suffering.
All that you can attach to is forever changing & impermanent, feel the part of yourself that is eternal light up and you shall escape impermanence, eternally, realisation of immortality.
All that is needed to do this is non attachment to impermanence.
Its all part of the same process, everything works perfectly 2gether to realise what it already is.
Impermanence will always BE until it eternally IS
Immortality eternally is all there IS

Visualise the triangle of power around you, your head is being blessed from the oneness/love through the higher chakras.
Your 3rd eye is recieving the light from the source, you are now seeing reality for what it is, not what the mind has been conditioned to perceive.
Your heart is unfolding like the lotus, the seeds of divinity are growing within you, spreading to all around you.

Meditation:
Root firmly the anus & perenium muscles by tensing to the floor.
Straighten your back, rest your shoulders, your spine should rest on itself
Breathe in & out equally. Naturally.
Retaining the love/energy in the heart centre.
Fill the chest and abdomen with this Love, store it there and exhale the excess.
AUM.
The vital seed you have stored, with each breath is being drawn up the spine activating your chakras as it ascends.
It is being stored in the higher energy centres, some flowing down to the lower centres.
Focus your attention on your heart and 3rd eye chakras.
Mainly on the heart as the pressure builds up int he 3rd eye.
AUM.
Let this love be stored within and flow through you
Surrender to it, everything is this.
AUM.
Once the mind is able to focus clearly, focus on the 3 main centres as bright white light shining and the lotus unfolding. Aline all centres.
Your heart, 3rd eye, & sacral are glowing with the bright light, flowering open with love to all.
Leave all attachment of the mind behind.
I am pure conscioussness, pure awareness, pristine peace, bliss. We all are. I Am, We are, It all Is.
You are the Love, Unconditional Love.
Being in bliss, being as one.
I Am, Us, All the Love.
Your mind is free, your mind is bliss, your mind is unconditional love.

See that you are one, as all is one.

The throat chakra is very important as they all are, you can use it to slow your heartbeat.

The intention for you wanting bliss for yourself, must come form the heart of wanting compassion for all not just yourself, nothing is separate from you so why should you only wish it for your own ego?
It must always be for all beings, not just those your ego likes, all!

The tantric sex act is basically dying, both man & woman cancelling out each others polarities.
The french call orgasm "le petit mort" ("the small death") when you orgasm YOU disappear, all you are is bliss, ecstacy, love.
This can be carried into everyday life by cancelling out all polarities, Tantra is ALL about transcending duality. As is the sex act & orgasm.
Visualise Sexualy arousing images, then visualise gurus for which you have love to send the energy up, focus on the 3rd eye, sne dthe energy out the top of the head through the microcosmic orbit.

Everything returns to where it came from, the source, through tantra you can do this.
We all glimpse this in orgasmic ecstacy, even if only for a split second. It is the source & creator at the same time, neither dead nor alive, male nor female, where all poles meet.
Its becoming all life, transcending ego individuality.
You are transcending life & experience, as life is in a state of multiplicity & individuality, you are returning to the source from which life springs, all multiplicity & individuality is dissolved, so in a way you have transcended the individuality of life, which is what makes life life really, our individuality.
When you are there if you try and find an experience-er you will find nobody, nothing. So how can it be said to be an experience if theres no-one there to experience it? Any experience implies a duality there, when you have gone beyond duality, it is felt as an experience as you come back and report back what happened, but during the experience it can not be defined by anything so can not be described as an experience, so it has transcended experience aswell as life.
Thats why its referred to as the ultimate experience, yet with no-one there to experience it!
This is the highest peak of experience in being, and its our birthright as human beings to have this!
Being within an individual body & dissolving, returning to the source, yet while in a body!!! Its basically dying while alive, before dying physically.
If you even meditate on death you can easily reach into an orgasmic state. Where life & death meet, that is the source. Emptiness. Nirvana.
