what did i do?

im doing my first rye and wbs grow.

some of my rye is showing wet spots :frown:

i soaked for 24 hours then simmered then pc for an hour.

what did i do wrong?

is it just bad luck?

oh and the wbs is looking good. woot

You have to let it sit in the strainer for about an hour.

If your grains stick to the spoon they are still too wet. You can use a hair dryer to speed up the process.
