Man Boobs
    #8397483 - 05/13/08 04:21 PM (4 months, 27 days ago)

If I continue my diet/exercise will they eventually go away? They're puffy just like I like them on my girls, only problem is they're on me! I run an average of about 5 miles a day on the elliptical, 4-5 days a week, then every other day I do a lot of lat pulldowns, hanging chest to knee, the thing where you hold your arms outward (not in front of me) and curl them inward, etc.

I've also switched my diet to real foods, eating processed stuff a little as possible. I dropped 50lbs. already but I still have the man boobs. My stomach is tightening up and I can see my muscles becoming more defined, but the tits are still there! :crankey:

What else should I be doing?

Once your body fat level drops enough they'll be gone.
Just keep eating healthy and exercising.
You're doing great!

try incorporating some chest exercises like flys and or bench press they help shape your chest. And the eliptical is the shit imo, everybody ive turned on to it love it as well. Lat pulldown is an excellent excersise for your back and biceps not so much for the chest. Other good chest workouts are : push ups, chest press, dips or seated dips(triceps and chest) Sounds like your on the right track its just gonna take time and persistence. Worked for me back in the day.

Do bench, incline bench, and decline bench every few days as well as wide grip dips and you'll notice them tone up more.

 Thanks for the replies. I was just hoping it wasn't some genetic thing I may never be able to get rid of. I've been chunky since 5th grade so it's really hard to tell. I'm thrilled just slimming down, but ridding myself of my "moobs" would be most favorable.
