Alvarez looked good, he's been beating some strong fighters
happy that Caol won. It's been a while since i've seen him fight some good competition.

Yeah Alvarez looked awesome, and Hansen took a lot of punishment. Tough little Norgie that one is. I still see Alvarez winning the tournament but Aoki is the variable that could mess that up, we'll see what happens with his next fight.
I was happy to see Uno win too, especially after Ishida bitching and moaning about him skipping the first round.
Diaz whooped some ass too eh?

nick diaz looked like nick diaz. he looked healthy, quicker and more powerful. diaz belongs at welterweight...he shouldnt be anywhere smaller. he looks like a skeleton at 160 and performs bad. against aina and noons he didnt even throw his hands well.
nick looks healthy and strong at 170. his boxing packs a bigger pop. the guy has had all his best fights at 170 (except gomi).
i think nick needs to stay at 170. he could easily use diet and exercise to become a more robust and strong 170lber.
