 When do you know if you really have LSD?

A good many of my friends have called me before asking if I would be interested in buying some Acid(LSD) for 15 for a pill. I have always told them no because there is no telling what it really is. Is there anyway to tell if you really have acid? Does it only come in liquid, someone please educate me on how to tell if the guy is for real or not.

Ok bro, sounds like you need to do a little homework. LSD comes in blotter (which is little squares pieces of paper, almost like thin cardboard), liquid, gel tabs, and sometimes a couple other things. Rarely is it ever in pill form which leads me to believe it isn't really LSD, but I could be wrong. Blotter paper seems to be the most common as you can buy by the dose with these. Blotter paper is usually decorated with some form of artwork, check google images.
Check out www.erowid.org under the LSD section for some great information, pictures, blotter art, dosage advice, etc.
Edit: $15 for one hit seems a bit expensive.

Thanks man. I thought that it only came in liquid form or if the liquid had been soaked onto paper. I told him that 15$ was way to much for one hit as well. I have yet to this day to find legitimate acid. Everyone has to lie about it.

Actually I think in pure form LSD is a crystal. This crystal is then used to create a solution that the blotter papers are soaked in. I doubt people actually buy liquid and then drop that liquid onto paper to resell, though I could be wrong.

Yeah I didn't mean they weren't out there, I just meant they aren't very common. At least in my experience they aren't that common.

It is true that LSD in pill form is not that common, BUT... that doesn't mean you should assume an "acid pill" is fake, just for that fact.
I've seen "microdots" a few times. They were always quite good. If someone is selling acid in pill form, the pills are usually VERY small (hence the term "microdots").
If you've ever seen what an ecstasy pill looks like... these are considerably smaller than that, and can come in various colors.
I would jump at the chance to buy some legit dots.

Good advice, and for that reason I would at least look into the calls you are getting and see for yourself if it is real or not. Some people will give out free samples if you plan to buy a bunch.

Oh... and I will say that I think $15 a hit is WAY too much, considering the strength of most hits.
On the other hand, if we are talking about microdots... I will add that in my experience, at least, they were typically a little stronger than the blotter or geltabs I've seen.

Acid really is pretty prevelent. You just have to know where to look. It's not always flaunted like say weed is.

A proper LSD synthesis results in the formation of crystals. The purity of the LSD is determined by the color of the crystals. White fluff.... Mmmm. Most of the time, these LSD crystals are dissolved in a solution to make for easier dosing. The crystals may be taken as they are, or they can be placed in an empty pill. The LSD solution can be taken as is, or it can be placed on various objects... altoids, sweetarts, blotter, etc.

Most of the dealers I know buy liquid and drop it onto sugar cubes or tabs. You can buy a vial of acid for about 1grand (AUD) depending on the size of course.
Some dealers do just buy their tabs, or dots in bulk already soaked and sell them.
I have never had acid 'pills' or even heard of any of my mates having or seeing them. That might just be an Australian thing. If they are microdots, they wouldn't be calling them pills. Microdots are fucking tiny, only a little bit larger than a pin head.
If these are friends you trust, or are good mates with, ask them to take some with you. If they object without a decent reason, you can guess that they are trying to sell you shite. Whats the worst that can happen? You might spend 15 dollars on sugar pills, but if they are legit, you have just found yourself a (hopefully) reliable source of acid. I say, go for it.
