I'm not sure what "chincatha" means though.
The "ve" isn't from "ver" it's from "ir" meaning "to go". Command form makes the irregular switch so instead of "va" it's "ve" the "te" attaches itself to show direction.

Good call. It's really hard to decipher these things out of context.
