 i had my first lucid dream last night

it was sweet. it started out like any other dream, but when i was in the halloween shop, i realized how real it was and i knew it. so to test it i decided to go around and break stuff, which i did. then i was in this pool area and this guy was trying to sell me some bag but i decided to fly around. and the best part was after i was flying he was still trying to sell me the bag, but i saw a really hot chick laying on a couch so i ran over and pulled down her pants and fucked her. that was the most action ive seen in almost a month. the whole dream seemed so real. how would i go about having this happen again?

Hah I used to do the same thing until I realized I could will into existence beautiful women who would come and have sex with me. But then when I'm done with them I go and find other chicks, pull down their pants and do the do with them too.
I don't really know how to make lucid dreams happen. They just happen to me almost every night.
Reality checks are the key I think. I know I'm dreaming when I jump and go way too high up and float down way too slow. Or if I try to run and don't really get anywhere. Whenever anything doesn't mesh with reality and physics and logic, thats when I realize I'm dreaming.

Hah, well done... most first time lucid dreams last for like 5 seconds after people go fully lucid.
I got bored of fucking hot chicks, so now I just bounce around... just run around really fast, bouncing from skyscraper to skyscraper... or I slow down time so everything is in slow motion and beat up people matrix style, try it 
As for getting it to happen again... dream journal, every night without fail, multiple times a night.
After 2 weeks of a dream journal I get 2 - 3 lucid dreams every night.Quote:

Hah yep, that's the bouncing... I love it I can bounce like half a mile, it takes like 20 seconds... but god damn it's fun.

i was lucid dreaming for about five minutes or so. me and my friend were in this halloween shop, and everything seemed so real and the start of my lucidness was me saying to my friend "i think im lucid dreaming" it was so real i said that because i though i was actually with my friend.
