Were sick of unknown people comming on this message board with suicidal thoughts. Chances are they are going to do it or not no matter what ANYONE says. Chances are they are just here to get a rise out of us.
If anyone wants to talk about suicide, wtf makes you want to talk about it here? In the pub, on a forum dedicated to people wanting to have a good time. Im sure there is some emo sights out there that they would feel more at home. For instance; If it was hella or andy or any of the mods considering killing themselfs and wanting to talk about it for real, then im sure alot of us would be serious about it.
These, "I wana kill myself" 1 liners that come here not even really involved with the Shroomery community, start spouting about commiting suicide, is getting really fucking old.

My feelings about suicide are complex.
I have no sympathy for people who whine about wanting to die. People who talk about killing themselves should just do it, or learn to cope and grow some fortitude. Their deaths truly don't matter in the larger picture. Life goes on. Sure, I'm just like everyone; I get emotionally distraught when I hear of a suicide death. Because I've been in that situation, where it seems like the answer, and it sucks to be "left behind." It makes me angry at the person, at the same time I recognize everyone's right to check out by their own hand. In fact, I may yet make the choice myself, after my work on this planet is done.
But that doesn't change my opinion. People who do not want to be on Earth, should not be here. The world is overpopulated. Everyone who dies is forgotten. Just remember that. We all die; but NOW is your chance to live, and to make the most out of your creative energy. You might as well, as I see it. I see people suiciding as evolution thinning the herd, HONESTLY. It's a natural response seen throughout many species over eons; ADAPT and evolve... OR DIE.
Some of us adapt and evolve and continue until we meet our own inevitable demise; some of us die by our own hands, a unit of energy that decided not to be here anymore:
"Oops, I'm not supposed to exist, I'm not needed, guess I'll die now," and BANG, that's it. That's evolution speaking, to me. That's NATURE, working through the human mind to right the balance.
I support this. I can see human suicide as Nature at work, and it makes it interesting to observe in others.
Suicide isn't a big deal; and yet it is. It's hard to pin down exactly. A complicated subject I think about often.
I do get fucking tired of people whining about wanting to kill themselves in the Pub. That's faggotry, overall. Go away. Nobody wants to deal with your depressive bullshit in this forum. We can't help you; what do you want from us? A discussion? It's lame. "Wah, wah, I don't enjoy my life situation; instead of trying to do something about it, I'd rather just complain about wanting to kill myself."
I just don't like complainers lately, to speak truthfully.
STOP COMPLAINING. JEEZ. Nobody cares. Go ahead and die. We all will anyway.
Just let nature take it's course; whether you stick around for the next five minutes, or the next fifty years. It's all NATURE; and it is COLD to your feelings. It doesn't care. You don't matter, and it will roll over your flesh and bone either way.
Nothing matters, TRULY. (and this is perfectly okay)
Thank goodness nothing matters. Otherwise I would care way too much about all these people who desperately would like to die, and spend so much time wanting this, that they miss out on life.
So yeah, I get annoyed and pissed about suicide and these gay threads.
But suicide is NATURE AT WORK: and I agree with that.

I read a statistic somewhere that said that 70% of people who suicide mentioned to someone that they were thinking of killing themselves.

My friend talks about suicide to me all the time.
He coincidentally has lived due to strange reasons each time.

I've always told myself that if it ever gets that bad I'll do something completely ridiculous instead, like run into the woods with an ax and see how long I can live, or use up my credit limit and chuck myself to the other side of the world and see how that goes, after all one can kill themselves anywhere, why not travel a bit first?

That's my mindset lately as well. I figure that I'll completely abandon society and see how long I can survive in Nature before I'll voluntarily kill myself. Or participate in some other kind of high-risk behavior. Suicide just seems boring by comparison.
